📦 Pre-Orders & Processing Times

Most Buzee products may be pre-order items. That means we begin production and quality checks after you place your order.

  • Shipping timeframes will be listed on each product page.
  • If no date is listed, the item is in stock and will ship within 5–7 business days.
  • For mixed orders (pre-order + in-stock), items may ship separately.

We'll email you as soon as your item is ready to ship.

We ship globally from our warehouse in China. Transit times vary by region:

⚠️ Note: Transit time starts after the package leaves our warehouse. Customs clearance, holidays, or local delays may affect this.


🧾 Customs & Import Taxes
  • Orders to the US may include sales tax.
  • Orders to the UK/EU may incur VAT and duties on arrival.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs or import charges.

💸 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary by item and destination. Final rates will appear at checkout based on your order size and region.


🚫 Restricted Shipping Regions

Due to carrier and licensing limitations, we may not currently ship to the following regions:

  • North Korea, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, India, Turkey, South Africa, and select remote islands.
  • Some items (e.g. fragile RC cars) may have additional restrictions depending on local shipping regulations.

📦 Tracking Your Order

When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email titled: "Your Buzee order is on the way!" with your tracking number.

Tracking links may take a few days to update depending on the destination. You can check updates via:


🔁 Combined & Split Shipments

If your order contains pre-order and ready-to-ship items, we may split them into separate shipments. You'll receive tracking for each.

If you prefer to ship everything together, please email us after checkout.


🛑 Shipping Delays

While we do our best to fulfill quickly, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Local postal issues or holidays
  • Weather disruptions or courier strikes

We're not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers but will help however we can.
