Most Buzee products may be pre-order items. That means we begin production and quality checks after you place your order.
- Shipping timeframes will be listed on each product page.
- If no date is listed, the item is in stock and will ship within 5–7 business days.
- For mixed orders (pre-order + in-stock), items may ship separately.
We'll email you as soon as your item is ready to ship.
We ship globally from our warehouse in China. Transit times vary by region:

- Orders to the US may include sales tax.
- Orders to the UK/EU may incur VAT and duties on arrival.
- Customers are responsible for all customs or import charges.
Shipping costs vary by item and destination. Final rates will appear at checkout based on your order size and region.
Due to carrier and licensing limitations, we may not currently ship to the following regions:
- North Korea, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, India, Turkey, South Africa, and select remote islands.
- Some items (e.g. fragile RC cars) may have additional restrictions depending on local shipping regulations.
When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email titled: "Your Buzee order is on the way!" with your tracking number.

If your order contains pre-order and ready-to-ship items, we may split them into separate shipments. You'll receive tracking for each.
If you prefer to ship everything together, please email us after checkout.
While we do our best to fulfill quickly, delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections
- Local postal issues or holidays
- Weather disruptions or courier strikes
We're not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers but will help however we can.
