At Buzee, we want your experience to be simple, fun, and worry-free. If something goes wrong with your order—or even if you just changed your mind—we're here to help.
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- In unused and original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Not a final sale, customized, or clearance item
To start a return, please contact us at support@buzee.io with your Order ID and a brief explanation of the issue. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or missing parts, email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- A short description
We'll replace the item or issue a refund—no hassle.
We generally cannot accept returns for:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts not due to our error
- Pre-order items that have already shipped (unless defective)
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
