You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In unused and original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Not a final sale, customized, or clearance item

To start a return, please contact us at support@buzee.io with your Order ID and a brief explanation of the issue. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or missing parts, email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A short description

We'll replace the item or issue a refund—no hassle.


❌ What We Don't Accept

We generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Pre-order items that have already shipped (unless defective)

💳 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
