📦 I need help with my order

Please reach out to us at support@buzee.io with your question. Include your Order ID and use the same email address you used at checkout so we can help you faster.


⏱ When will my order arrive?

Once shipped, orders typically take 10–25 business days, depending on your country and local customs. For pre-orders or special drops, refer to the expected ship date on the product page.

We'll send you tracking info as soon as your order ships.


🔍 How do I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you'll get an email with the subject: "Your Buzee order is on the way!" It will include a tracking number. You can use that number on:

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most regions worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for restricted countries and shipping time estimates.


💸 Will I be charged taxes or customs fees?

Orders shipped to the US may include sales tax.

Orders to the EU/UK may be subject to VAT and import fees upon delivery.

Buzee is not responsible for any customs charges or delivery delays due to local clearance processes.


📦 Will everything ship together?

Orders with multiple items may ship separately, especially if part of the order is a pre-order. If you need items shipped together, please email us before your order ships and we'll do our best.


🏠 Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes – we ship to P.O. boxes in the US. Be sure to provide a complete address to avoid delays.


🛑 What happens if something is sold out?

Some Buzee items are limited edition drops—once sold out, they may not return. For core collection products, we aim to restock as quickly as possible and will notify our community once they're available again.

🔁 What's your refund & return policy?

We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, or if it arrives damaged or defective.

Just email us at support@buzee.io with your order ID and a brief explanation.

We'll do our best to help—whether that means a refund, a replacement, or simply making things right.

Our goal is simple: if it's a reasonable issue, we'll find a reasonable solution.


💬 Where do I enter a discount code?

At checkout, after adding an item to your cart.

Note: Discount codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.


🧾 What currency is the store in?

All prices are listed in USD ($).


✏️ I entered the wrong address—can I fix it?

If your order has not shipped, email us ASAP with:

  • Full name
  • Order ID
  • Correct address (include full format)

If it has already shipped, you'll need to contact your local courier to arrange a redirect.


📲 Why is tracking not updating?

Tracking may pause in between customs checkpoints.

Use your tracking number on our Global Tracking Page for the latest updates.
